Pacific Business News is reporting that Mark Zuckerberg is the buyer of a large beachfront estate
on the North Shore of Kauai, citing an ‘unnamed source’.  The source says the likely sales price was
$66 million.  Hawaii public record data shows the 357 acre parcel recording via a Quitclaim Deed
on 9/8/2014 from California based Falko Partners LLC to Kahu’aina Holdings LLC, a
Hawaii based company formed in July.

Kahu’aina Plantation consists of nearly three quarter mile (1.2 Kilometers) of ocean frontage, and
includes approximately 2,500 feet (762 meters) of white sand beach.  The property includes over
70 tax key parcels.
One logical future improvement is a single individual estate with Main House, one or more Guest
Cottages, Heli-pad and Beach Club compound. Complete full lot entitlements are in place to provide
a possible plan for multiple family estates on fee simple owned parcels. A third improvement iteration
offers the development of up to 80 luxury home sites on 1 to 7-acre site.
